"Sophie came to us to help my son after almost a year out of school. He was isolated and withdrawn due to having no suitable school and the battle with the local authority taking so long. From the start, she was kind, warm and compassionate. Frankie took to her straight away with her gentle and nurturing approach and gave him something to look forward to again. He enjoyed his sessions so much, he would always ask when she was visiting again and looked forward to them.
